Jason was upfront about the price to put the house on the market for, he worked with the contractors to get the house ready, his contractors were honest and reasonably price.
We sold our home in a week with two offers on the table.
We have bought and sold with Jason and we highly recommend him

I started looking for a new home to relocate in the Birmingham area about a year ago. After 9 months, being overwhelmed with the process and several failed attempted self negotiations, I called Jason Garrison. Having Peace of mind. That's the best way to describe how I felt after making that call. Finding our new home and completing the purchase seemed to happen almost immediately. We found our new home in Hoover.
